Our Fathom IT live remote assistance tool which is part of our FIT support plan offerings allows a fathom engineer to share the control of your computer (mouse and keyboard) and view your screen in order to resolve your IT problems.

If your IT problem is not resolved after this remote session you may require an on-site visit from one of our Fathom engineers.
