Your superb engineer has just spent an hour plus in my home networking the computers and installing (& selling) a laser printer. He was tolerant, efficient, pleasant and such an ambassador for your company. In fact Nathan, he was a more persuasive salesman than you when it came to encouraging me to take the laser printer!!! Moreover,he did not grumble once when covered in 20 years of dust from the study, so please tell him that faddies will clean his clothes free of charge!.
