Companies need peace of mind with their IT systems and we aim to offer that at Fathom IT. We like to compare our service to that of an in-house IT person that is often available in larger organisation.

We keep up to date records of your IT equipment and will come to the rescue if anything fails be it software related or hardware. We can work alongside your software provider if you run a specialist package or we can replace the hardware should that fail. Whatever the issues we have the skills and you've got the package to put things right cost effectively and speedily. Here are some samples of support packages available.

We base your needs and time on the number of computers you have. If you have more than 15 machines you may like to speak to us we will then make an appointment with your nearest branch to review your requirements with you.

FIT Plans

Light User
Light User provides single user support prompt response, remote assistance, health check and recommendations. This is suitable to clients who are running a pc/laptop and need to have the comfort of help on hand.

£12.50 inc

Covers 1-5 Computers
FIT 1 provides user support with an 8 hour response (excluding weekends), pay-as-you-go hardware support, two half hour on-site visits per month and an hours remote support, unlimited phone technical support and an annual review with recommendations. This support is suitable to clients who are running between 2-5 machines. Annual anti-virus installation and review included. This plan is subject to a minimum 3 month contract.

£50.00 per month for all machines

Covers 6-10 Computers
FIT 2 provides User support with an 8 hour response (excluding weekends) Pay-as-you-go Hardware support Four half hour on-site visits per month an hour remote support, unlimited phone technical support and an annual review with recommendations. This support is suitable to clients who are running between 6-10 machines. Annual Anti -virus installation and review included. This plan is subject to a minimum 3 month contract.

£100.00 per month for all machines

Covers 11-15 Computers
FIT 3 provides user support with an 8 hour response (excluding weekends), pay-as-you-go hardware support, eight half hour on-site visits per month and two hours remote support, unlimited phone technical support and an annual review with recommendations. This support is suitable to clients who are running between 11-15 machines. Also includes a monthly maintenance visit. Annual anti-virus installation and review included. This plan is subject to a minimum 3 month contract.

£200.00 per month for all machines

Additional Option: Server Plan
We provide in-house server support for your Windows 2003 or Windows 2008 servers.

£35 per month per server on top of your chosen FIT plan
